AI adoption, for operators

AI that earns its seat.

You've seen the demos. You've tried the licenses. They didn't stick because nobody built them into how your team actually works. We do that part — and we stay until it does.

  • Built, not bought. We don't sell you software. We build the setup into your workflow and walk you through it.
  • Trained on your workflow. The tools learn your business — your voice, your data, your terms — not the other way around.
  • Handed off clean. When we leave, your team runs it. No lock-in, no dependency, no "call us to change a prompt."
Who it's for

The gap isn't access. It's adoption.

  • 01

Don't know what's actually worth doing.

You've seen a hundred demos. None of them map to your actual workflow. The vendors all sound the same and none of them have spent a day in your business.

  • 02

    Tried it, didn't stick.

Your team poked at ChatGPT for a week and went back to how they worked before. The tools weren't the problem — there was no plan, no training, no one to call when something broke.

  • 03

    No internal technical owner.

Your IT person runs the network. You don't have a data team. You need a partner who'll do the work and stay long enough that it actually takes.

How it works

Four steps. No mystery.

    Conversation

Free, 45 minutes, no deck. We listen, ask real questions, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll point you at someone who is.

    Audit

Two to three weeks. We map your workflows, tools, and team. We flag the places AI actually earns its seat — and the places it doesn't. You walk away with a plan whether or not you hire us further.

    Build

Six to ten weeks. We pick the tools, set them up inside your stack, and train the humans who'll actually use them. Real work, on real data, with the team in the room.

    Stick

We stay past launch. Tune the rough edges, fix the things you didn't know to ask about, and adjust as the business evolves. Adoption is a habit — habits need reinforcement.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked.

  • Do we need a technical background?

No. If you can describe how your team works, we can take it from there. We translate, we don't require translation.
  • How is this different from just buying ChatGPT licenses?

Licenses give your team access. Adoption gives them results. We do the second part — picking the right tools for your work, building them into your actual workflow, and training the people who'll use them.
  • What industries do you work with?

Through tripleNERDscore we've worked with professional services, nonprofits, manufacturers, trucking, credit unions, healthcare practices, and construction outfits. The common thread is small-to-mid teams without a dedicated data function.
  • What if Clarity is all we need?

Totally fine. You walk away with an opportunity map, vendor-neutral recommendations, and a plan you can execute yourselves. No pressure to continue.
  • Will you recommend expensive software?

Almost never. Most of what we recommend runs $20–100 per seat per month. We don't take vendor commissions, so we have no reason to upsell you into something you don't need.
  • How long does an engagement run?

Clarity is 2–3 weeks. Momentum is 6–10 weeks. Growth is 3–6 months. Steady is month-to-month and you cancel anytime.
  • Are you only Pittsburgh?

No. We're based in Pittsburgh and we work with SMBs across the US. Local clients get on-site visits when it helps; remote clients get the same team and the same process, video-first.
  • What's Groundwork's relationship to tripleNERDscore?

Same team, focused wrapper for AI adoption work. When a project needs web, marketing, or IT beyond the AI scope, the parent agency picks it up — same people, no handoff.
